The Veleno – A collector’s item, The Veleno guitar is a highly regarded series of aluminum guitars built by metal craftsman John Veleno. The first guitars were built in 1972. Veleno guitars are known for their unique sound quality. They have been owned by very well-known performers: Eric Clapton, Johnny Winter, Greg Allman, Todd Rudgren and Lou Reed to name a few. Pretty impressive given that Veleno only made about 210 of these. I have SN 62 and it is for sale. I am the original owner since 1973. I have the original case and instructions.
